Sam is a life long resident of Pensacola and has been a licensed Real Estate agent since 1984. His experience brings great benefits to his customers dealing in Residential, Commercial, and Investment Properties.  Sam's historical knowledge of the growth in Northwest Florida gives him a great vision in the future growth direction of this area.  His credentials include owning his own real estate company, developing a subdivision from land clearing to sales, working with Fortune 500 companies on their acquisition of commercial properties by purchase and lease, working with many probate attorneys assisting them in the liquidation of real estate owned by estates and working with Mortgage Companies and Banks on their REO (Real Estate Owned) properties.

Sam will tell you that his greatest enjoyment in the real estate business is meeting and helping individuals and families relocate to this beautiful area.  Sam says, "Many of my close friends are those I met while assisting them in their real estate needs.  Helping your fellow person is the greatest joy in life and I am blessed to be in a career where I get paid for doing this."

Sam is married to Gayla and they have three grown children and one grandchild. Sam is a member of the First United Methodist Church and is also a certified Lay Speaker for the United Methodist Church.
